Savills Project Management primarily provides specialist independent advice to corporate occupiers who are relocating or refurbishing their office space or buildings. As independent project managers we take on the overall responsibility of the fit out and relocation process, allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business.

We as specialist project managers in office fitting out, relocation and the workplace, have expertise across all aspects of interiors projects and can thus manage the  development of the briefs, budgets, team assembly, design, specification, tendering, construction management and move management. We take on the responsibility of the fit out and relocation process - allowing our client's to concentrate on their core business.

Our policy is that each client has continuous contact with a minimum of one director and as many senior staff as may be necessary. This means that the client always has direct contact with senior, experienced people.
