Our disposal expertise is within the long term care sector focusing on nursing and residential care, together with the specialist markets to include mental health, learning disabled and child care. In addition we are active in wider markets, for example private hospitals and clinics.

Our Clients continue to retain us to act on their behalf for acquisitions and disposals due to our personal Director led approach and commitment to confidentiality. With the majority of our instructions it is often only  the Vendor and Purchaser who are aware that the home or group has ever been on the market.
